Vegetarian Essentials Cookery class

Awaken your senses to some fabulous flavours as you learn how to make essential and everyday vegetarian dishes and have to chance to sample and take home.
Allow us to take you round the world in 5 hours and teach you basics such as shortcrust pastry, essential curry sauces, stir fries, chutneys and some Mediterranean classics as well as key knife skills, selecting good ingredients and the secret to making a good vegetable stock.
This class will enable you to create mouth watering dishes to impress your friends and family for a very affordable price!

Vegetarian Lebanese and Middle Eastern Cooking class

You will create a range of classic Lebanese favourites as well as some modern creations. This class is mixture of hands on cooking and chef demonstrations. All ingredients, equipment, aprons and recipes provided.

In addition, Chef Jay will show you have to make some sensational chutneys from scratch, the perfect accompaniment to your tasty dishes.

Taste of India class

Learn to make 3 essential traditional dishes consisting of Bombay aloo or Saag aloo, red lentil Dahl, and a quick and easy pilau rice. All accompanied with naan bread and a cooling raitha. This hands on class will also give you the basic skills and know how to make a great Indian meal for friends as well as a brief introduction to exotic herbs and spaces. All ingredients, aprons and equipment is provided during the class. Recipe cards will be provided after the class. There will be an opportunity to buy some ingredients at 10% off normal price, only applicable on the day of the booking.
